In Cassandra's Words
I have always been a very active person, with a keen interest in a variety of sports, and I have always wanted to be a health professional so that I can help people reach their fitness goals.
Outside the gym I love to ride and race bikes. I am a member of Specialized-Securitor, a women’s cycling team who race in the National Road Series. I enjoy to get off the beaten track on my mountain bike whenever I can or walking my dogs at the beach.

About
A career in exercise physiology was the perfect fit for Cassandra, and after years of study and dedication, she has become a Certified Level 4 personal trainer and a fourth year Exercise Physiology student about to graduate from QUT with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology.
Cassandra's particular fields of interests are Cardiovascular and Musculoskeletal rehabilitation. She is dedicated to helping her clients to achieve their goals.
Each of Cassandra's clients receive a program unique to them. She will spend quality time with you to get to know you and to find out what you need. Cassandra will then design a detailed program specific to you and to your goals. In that way, each of her clients can achieve their personal goals, whether that be wanting to become healthier, to lose weight and get toned, or to rehabilitate an injury, to becoming strong enough to complete “tough mudder” style events.
